In the summer months we do our best to ship our tallow-based face creams and body butters in ice packs. However these face creams and body lotions may arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. Refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your face cream or body butter arrives in a melted or liquid state please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.
